Mobility isn't something rare here, everyclass got it and those that have less mobility are tanky af by defult or has Q blocks. Name a single class with no mobility expect shai.
Succ nova, awa wiz/witch, succ valk, either sorc spec.. the only "tanky" class here really is succ valk because of her Q block being as strong as it is.

Her grab is a very bad. It's range is same as ninja's grab that misses lots of time. There is no ignor grab resistance effect on it.
No, it's very good. A grab's strength isn't determined by itself in a vacuum; It can be range, sure, but it can also be the mobility skills surrounding it and the abilities that can flow into it or off from it. Drak, funnily enough, has alot of all of this. Plenty of mobility, both burst and sustained. Plenty of skills to SA trade with which you can then grab your opponent after during said SA trade.
Plenty of sustain to maintain said SA trades and if you really need to good enough mobility to pick your fights before you die.

lingering protections... no SA+FG block... not been able to cancel skill animation... slow af by just 15% atk speed debuff AND... 1 protected CC from core. She has 0 chance to survive or to win but you can surely have a 100% chance to escape.
you citing these as problems are indicative of a massive skill issue tbh. Class has no problem staying protected in skilled hands I can assure you that.
