add an option to put on the La Orzeca hood when wearing the Set

Suggestion/Comments:
Since the Hood of the La Orzeca Cape can't be worn and it only exists i think it would be very cool if there was an option to actually put on the Hood over the Helmet so only the Horns stick out when wearing both pieces as a Set.

im not the best at editing but here's an example,
while we are on orzeca also let me get a long coat or a short one, im tired of having to run around cape-less because the cape looks odd.
