It's time to speed up Heuklang while mounted.  

1:  Legendary Beasts Power while riding Heuklang:  Make it last longer (go further)

2:  Increase the riding speed.  Right now it's about the equivalent of a 130 speed horse.  Make it equivalent to a 150 speed.

3:  Add another skill similar to S: Instant Accel, to be used after Legendary Beasts Power while mounted.
