To start I think that PA has done an ok job with Succ Hash so far but I think some of the changes have missed the mark and don't match how most players utilize the class currently.

PvP:

Succ Hash currently struggles with stamina and reliably getting its damage out consistently. I dont believe PA wants this spec to be able to kill SA+Block classes and thats fine but there are still a few updates that I would suggest.

PvE:

Succ Hash is a solid PvE class that needs a few QoL changes to help push it to a more consistent performance. It currently lacks enough viable skills in its rotation so addressing those would be very helpful.

Updates:

Dominion Slash: This rabam is practically unusable in PVP since it is unprotected. The CD in PvE is too long and we cannot maintain evasion shred 100% uptime.

Suggestion:

Remove the floating

Add Super Armor Protection

Reduce CD to 10 sec (Allows 100% eva shred uptime for PvE and alternative PvP damage ability to Prophecy Blade)

Increase PvE damage from 1377*6 to 1500*6 (PvE only)

Increase Explosion PvE damage from 1503*6 to 1650*6 (PvE Only)

Shadow Slicer: Skill costs too much stamina and could benefit CD reduction

Suggestion:

Reduce stamina cost from 400 to 300

Reduce CD from 16s to 12s

Mirage Assault: Just needs CD reduction. In PvE this is a chunky skill but can only be used every 30 sec

Suggestion:

Reduce CD from 30s to 15s

Dash: 

Change Dash from SA> Iframe > SA
to Iframe > SA (like ninja)

Sand Warp: Skill costs too much stamina

Suggestion:

Reduce stamina cost from 200 to 100

Prime Sand Warp: Skill costs too much stamina

Suggestion:

Reduce stamina cost from 150 to 100

Prime Chosen Blade: This skill needs a minor tweak

Suggestion:

Full SA for skill - one of our most damaging abilities should not have a gap where we can be CC'd before tornadoes are generated (especially in PvE)- Remove KD on last attack hits

A bit more healing on skill is needed. Tweek to 50 HP per hit instead of 40

Prime Quicksand: People complain about the slows so reduce the slows and bring back the KD. Needs more damage in PvE

Suggestion:

Reduce slow to 10% for 5 sec instead of 20% for 10 sec

Bring back the KD on last hit

Increase PvE Damage from 969*21 to 1200*21

Prime Aal's Dominion: Skill needs FG during full use

Suggestion:

Remove Accuracy Rate buff

Add full FG on skill when CD is available

PvE damage increase from 1241*5 - 1550*5 

If no PvE damage increase restore flat hp amount when CD is available - 400 HP (Same as Gourd)

Add -20DP from Shadow Splitter (do not apply if evasion rate debuff is added)

If we cannot reduce Dominion Slash CD then add -9% evasion rate for 10s

Prime Shadow Splitter: Skill Needs rework or removal

Suggestion:

Combine effects of Absolute Rupture and Prime Shadow Splitter

We already get -20 DP on a 6 sec CD from Haladie Assault

HP recovery on skill is underwhelming

Not sure what the goal of this skill is

Absolute Rupture: This skill is currently used a lot in both PvE and PvP but the damage is underwhelming in PvE

Suggestion:

Make skill 100% crit rate (PvE Only)

Absolute Sand Divider: This skill usefulness was nullified with change to Prime Aal's Dominion

Suggestion:

Remove 15% accuracy rate buff from Aal's Dominion and add it to Sand Divider instead

Prime Dune Slash: Skill Needs buff to AoE

Suggestion:

Buff the AoE on the ability

Absolute Paradise Beckons: Skill has never been useful. Needs rework

Suggestion:

This skill should be replaced with a viable PvE/PvP skill. 

Shift + LMB + RMB, S+E, S+LMB+RMB, S+LMB (if you remove shadow splitter), and Quickslot are available

If we cannot add more HP on hit to skills then we could use this as another hp on hit protected skill in our rotation

Side Note:

If you're going to keep making classes with summons then please stop adding spots that give ap increases to the character. Instead apply a debuff to the mobs so that summon classes can benefit as well. Or modify summons to be able to be affected by special attack modifies and spot ap buffs.

Very good suggestions, hash is in a solid, but very weird spot rn. Some love wouldnt hurt him.

Hash is currently way above avarage in both PvP and PvE, no buff of any kind is needed for him.

the newer end game content seems reward being protected against cc's instead of dodging them. I suggest our super armor skills like chosen blade and descent should have protection through the entire skill.

Also, our biggest source of damage is our tornados. If we are forced to dodge an attack during one of these skills then our dps takes a significant hit. Please allow tornados to spawn on as soon as the skill is used instead of on the last hit. Or, a different suggestion is: reward us for completing the entire skill. for example, if we complete the entire chosen blade skill, the 3 tornados that spawn should instantly combine into one super tornado.

Lastly, our ultimate, BSR quicksand, is horrible to use in end game pve content. Since, you are unable to cancel the animation, most end game spots will take a significant amount of your health before the cast is finished. If we are meant to be animation locked, i recommend shortening the animation time to make it more competetive with woosa's. (or match the cast time on awakening sage ultimate)
