nothing will be improved
quit bdo today
This is a lie micro transactions will be improved to encourage the purcahes of mirco transactions just wait artian's mem will one day repair 6x most like when they add more fallen god armor. But than they'll stop giving free artian's mem but they will also have a 25% sale on them to encourage impulse buying along with an ingame event that requires the player to enchance cliff weapon and turn it into an npc named cliff for ingame money.
So really nothing that we want to be improved will be improved :p.
281 AP was good 2-3 years ago. If you're not 300ap+ you're behind.
5 Years to reach the ap level deemed "good" 2-3 years ago is not something to boast about. It should be a warning to players about how much work and time they'll have to invest to be sub par.
Warning if you don't like this game stop wasting your time with it, there are lots of games, yes you can go play something else and be happy ! :D

Yet how many games come even close to similarity to what BDO is? Not a matter of liking the game it a matter of realizing the devs for this game don't actually care about their own game or the players that play it.
For instance I loved Bless Online, but I wasn't going to be delusional to the fact that Neowiz literally had zero interest in listening to their playerbase, fixing issues in the game, and actually improving the game. Just like I like playing BDO now I just not going to be delusional and say "oh the devs actually care about us as players and improving this game" because if that was even remotely true there wouldn't be so many issues with this game that go unaddressed, and the devs would actually listen to us when we said "Ah there really bad expliot that should be addressed now before it to late called mapping". But no the devs leave broken shit broken and ignore us when we have concerns about issues going on ingame.
This is the only MMO on the market that is getting quicker updates than most. Pearl Abyss becoming publishers is a step in the right direction, now that they can throw more of their money back into the game instead of some of it going to Kakao to fix many of the issues.
They are heading in the right direction I think. Things will change. I say buckle in for the turbulent ride that is BDO, as let's be honest it's still light years ahead of WoW and other mmo's when it comes to features and things to do... I never get bored in BDO. I got bored in Shadowlands, Genshin Impact, Final Fantasy XIV, Elder Scrolls, GW2 and other new MMO expansions within 1 month.
My computer plays the game, my valk soon hits 1600 days played.
People shouldn't group the entire player base into thinking that they all want top tier gear score or be in high ranked war guilds. There are a lot of players that simply enjoy the PvE side of things as well. Yes the game has a lot of flaws but list any game that doesn't and is perfect, 10/10 in all players eyes? A lot of the issues have been brought up over the years and with NA/EU being the biggest player base it was unfortuante that we didn't have great communication with the acutal developers. Hopefully with this new change in publishers things players want/say can be heard. Like Ofdimaelr said:

Take a break from the game, try something else, and come back at a later time. Maybe its good to change perspectives every once-in-a-while?
Don't play this game cause it is addictive.
To tell you the truth - there is only one thing I miss in this game - more party content or dangeons things to play with friends some pve content. Altar of blood is not enough. :x

This exact mind set I'm talking about. It has nothing to do with not having direct communication with the devs or not. Many of the changes we ask for KR, RU, and JP players are also asking for, all of their versions of BDO are self published by PA so there no middle man like kako in the way of translating for their playerbase. An another note it great if you like the PVE but PA activitly advertises this game as a competitive PVP focused game. Telling them to ignore the players they choose to market the game for is just flawed logic. PA themselves have said "This is a PVP focued game an that while there is PVE only content we focue most of our efforts on improving PVP based content." These are words from PA. Infact when I make tickets and show them ingame death threats I get from players ingame their response is always "We aim to encourage our players to have a PVP competitive outlook on our game. An therefore see nothing wrong with the messages this user send ingame.". This is why despite the consistent request from players asking for PVE only servers and instanced grind zones PA activitly ignore that feedback maybe be cause they choose to, but most likely because than they couldn't advertise this game as a PVP competitve fouced game.
So I'm sorry you don't like PVP. But when the devs say it a PVP focused game advertise it as a PVP focused game and expect PVP focued players to play the game than you should expect the developers to also address issues players have with PVP in their PVP focused game.
Bdo is a great game, but it's not for everyone. Some of us enjoy it immensly despite its shortcomings. We hope it improves to cater to more people out there over time. If you are dissatisfied, I am sorry. Hopefully you can find something better out there for you.
