By now we all know, the changes won't be reverted. So lets think of ideas to make the changes work for the future.

The main issue with the recent changes to War Decs is the limitied amount of War Decs a given guild can have declared.

There are a couple fixes to this.

1) Remove the cap of Decs a guild can have declared. There is no reason to have a cap on war decs since we can not have 1 sided war decs anymore.

This is preventing Guilds that are in Guild Alliances from being able to Open World GvG with other Alliances because of the War Declaration Limit.

2) Remove the timer on putting a War Dec back up. This is another pointless thing since the War Decs have to be mutual now.  This along with the removal of the War Dec Cap would allow the PvP player base to make their own content without disrupting the player base that just wants to PvE and lifeskill. 

For Example: If multiple guilds/Alliances are having a big open world 'War'  guilds/alliances may leave so the sides need to rearranged, this would allow sides to drop the War Decs and Dec the other Side.

I was thinking of suggesting to only allow Guilds that are registerd as 'PvP' guilds participate in Guild War Declarations, but this would be counter productive in getting more people to participate in PvP.

With these two changes to War Decs, It would allow the Player base to make their own content. With the current system, you have crippled the ability to have larger scaled GvGs and open World PvP that involve several guilds/alliances.

I am still holding out hope that they bring 1 sided wars back, but then incentivize wars, and decentivize picking on weaker guilds somehow.  

I would add one additional change - make it so you do not automatically attack your allied guild when PvP flagged. Other than memeing, there's no reason to want to flag on your own ally 99.9% of the time. All this does is make open world group fights on Arsha very cringe.

If you are fighting another guild or group of guilds and you/your ally do not have a dec on them, you/your ally have to flag or allow themselves to get hit first by the enemy to enable PvP, which is often a death sentence. If you're flagged, you friendly fire your own ally guild if they're not in your platoon. Since fights often get bigger than 20v20 on Arsha, having everyone in a platoon is also not possible.

Between the one-sided dec change and limitations on dec slots, it's very common that you're fighting another guild on Arsha and they either refuse to accept a dec , have their dec slots full, or outright drop the dec with you to force you to friendly fire your allied guild. This needs to be addressed somehow.

Question: Back in the day Territory owners were automatically at war (at some point at least). Is this true now as well?
Also, another stupid idea from my cauldron of far fetched ideas: Guilds participating in a NW, automatically be in war for a week and be able to undec only if they didnt place at the same Node the week after. Imagine the implications in this politics drawn NW system. Lol
