I've been doing a lot of turos now with all the buffs and dehkia being out and have around 1000 lying around but you really can't use them for anything since the remnants of burnt spirit don't drop in large quantities to convert the hearts into oils of immortality and you can only do the garmoth heart quest once. 

I suggest allowing us to use grinding the turo hearts so we can turn them into turo blood that way they aren't so useless.
