Great job, seriously this is the worst support i have ever seen for a game. I concisely pointed out that you messed up the account transfers and your generic pale response was "we can't help you until you transfer the account" with NO OPTION to even reply to say they got it all wrong.
You are just a class lawsuit waiting to happen for people who have spent money on this game and you have now stolen it through being unwilling to give proper support. this is the 4th lot of tickets i have submitted. Do you even read them?
