Make it happen!
No Mediah, no Valencia, no nothing but Calpheon. No boss gear, Liverto is the dream. TRI MoS makes you drool. No PRI DUO nonsense, NO gear degradement on enhance fail!
No 1 second TTK, no 2 sec pots. No camo outfit.
In fact, make it subscription only, and remove all p2w from cash shop. Heck remove everything except outfits from the cash shop (and still no camo).
I'd play it. Heck, I'd probably even get into PvP.

Eh. I think it would be fun for a month or two but then it would quickly get boring. The gameplay loop is basically the same back then as it is now, just the numbers are bigger now. PvP was a bit better back then though, I will admit.
If they were to create something like this I hope it would include the nice QoL changes they have added over the years since some of the functions in the older versions of BDO were just dumb

Yeah obviously new UI and all the other nifty QoL stuff should still be there. Just like Blizzard did with WoW Classic.
PvP would be more balanced with succ and awk gone, and gear disparity would be much smaller with no AP/DP brackets and obviously +15 gear would be much easier to get than PEN.
BDO would be back to what it's supposed to be about - never ending PvP. Not this never-ending GS race we have now.
They could even cap level to 53 or something reasonable to remove yet another endless grind.

You would have NOTHING to do in the game. Everyone would be max gear and /quit
The PVP wasn't any better back then it WAS ALWAYS COMPLETE TRASH. Infinite Grabs, Iframe spam, Lingering SA, Broken Dash. You just THINK it was good at some point. It never was and never will be.

Pre-Mediah xp was capped at 54.99. It was not an enjoyable grind doing that in calpheon shrine.
