[Feedback] Remove Server Announcement For Abandoned Monastery Boss Spawn

Suggestions/Comments: This last year has seen plenty of updates tailored to make what is generally known as "griefing" less common. Well, maybe not less common, but with the Marni Room (and recent changes to it), new Guild War System, and the recent buffs to many grind spots (more than 10 grind spots are now very viable for a mid to end game player) there are a plethora of ways for a player to enjoy a PVE experience free from "griefing".

Abandoned Monastery is a 280 AP grind spot (a DUO grindspot - i.e. a grindspot for two players) that is fairly profitable. The problem with this grindspot is that a Server Announcement happens about 10 minutes before a "mini boss" spawns. This miniboss drops a guaranteed Dawn's Resentment to the 3 players that deal the most damage to said boss ( a Dawn's Resentment is basically a Dawn Earring - currently valued at 342M on the EU servers). The miniboss spawns roughly every hour, and as such the drop from said miniboss is a large part of the profit in Abandoned Monstery. As of writing this post it is not uncommon to grind Abandoned Monastery for about 1 hour and get the boss spawn (that is Server Announced) only to have 3-10 people rushing to the boss, and "stealing" the drop from the people who spawned the boss (sometimes in a party of 3, so the party of 2 is outnumbered).

Suggested changes:

* Remove the Server Announcement from the boss spawn in Abandoned Monastery - at least on normal servers (can keep it on Arsha, since the announcement in some cases can lead to pretty fun PVP fights), and make it drop 2 Dawn's Resentments.

These changes would allow the grinders to consistently reap the rewards from the boss on normal servers, and on Arsha it would incentivize a "fair" 2v2 or multiple 2v2s fighting for the boss, instead of the 2v3s that are occuring very often right now.
