Hey all, today I would like to suggest a rework to the use of the Elviayed. 

For those who don't know, the Elviayed was originally planned as a way to craft Fallen God's armor without the use of a PEN Boss armor, but it proved too difficult of a route so nobody ever used it for this, and has since become a "flex" item that people seek out for the purpose of linking in chat.

A few years ago now we received a rework to the Rich Merchant Ring, which was mostly due to the introduction of the central market, making the old effect completely meaningless. With the way the game has progressed over the years, and the Elviayed has become very close to pointless to grind for, I would like to propose that it be reworked, but still tie in with the Fallen God armor it was introduced with. 

My idea for the rework to the Elviayed is that it should double the success rate of attempts at Obliterating (PEN) Fallen God's armor, and other Slumbering Origin set pieces, only consumed upon success. For example, the success rate of PEN Fallen God armor with a 390 fail stack is currently 0.10%, and with this rework and item in use it would increase to a 0.2% chance to succeed.

With these rates of success the PEN armor would still be incredibly difficult to obtain, but would allow players who wish to push the envelope an avenue through which they can obtain this armor with a greater chance than potentially thousands upon thousands of attempts if they were to get unlucky.

So spend 3 years farming this thing so you can double your success chance from  .01 to .02?

Still seems like a waste to me.  I'd think it would be better as a reform item that you can enchant slumbering armors with.  No idea what stats to add.. 10 DP?  DP + evasion or DR?

Pointless, the rate is too low, double zero is still zero.

keep as is, its so rare it doesnt exist, which is good.
