Can't untag lvl 49 character

I can't untag my lvl 49 that i use for life skill.
i dont want to lvl up to 50 using the quest “[To Level 50!] Go Beyond Your Own Limits”
Is there way to untag my lvl 49 without lvling up ?

Yup, I just encounterd this bug today by tagging 2 Lv49 alts. Can't claim the exp cuz i'm already capped at 99.999% and I do NOT wish to level up these 2 alts to 50. Have you sent in a ticket to inquire about this bug? I don't want to send if they're already aware of this issue.

Hi GM Cadry, how long does the process take? I submitted ticket NEAZ103775 yesterday for this same issue.
I recently returned to BDO and awakened my first Dream horse. I thought it would be smart to tag my 4+ year old lvl 49 horse trainer so that I could level it as I travel between grind spots. Now I am avoiding doing anything on my main because I don't know if that will mess up the EXP removal from the tagged 49.
I am also unable to take advantage of the tag event to try out other characters until this is fixed.
