Let's face it, harpooning sucks.  Nobody does it at all anymore other than for the knowledge and titles.  Suggest removing all green fish from the harpoon fish tables.  Not only will this ease up the annoyance of getting the harpoon fish knowledges and titles, it might actually entice people to harpoon more.
