New and Unique idea for World PvP Content

Suggestions/Comments:
Introduce a new land or server. The main point is to encourage players to go in and pvp without their egos and allow pvp to happen in the most plain way possible. What they do while there, especially if no pvpers are present, is something the devs will need to think about and fill in. This region would be great for the 'demon land' we have heard about or some other place, such as a Hadum server. The main point is the ruleset that allows players to engage in open-world PVP without their guilds, egos, and everything that makes PVP undesirable. I shall list these divine principles of PvP below.

No chatting
No overhead identifiers for players/guilds
All characters appearances (Outfits) are made to look the same when in the area.
Parties may be allowed and platoons possibly in some areas. Potentially some solo-only spots.

Things to discuss and consider and discuss:
No Pot Rotations, perfumes, draughts, whale tendon-related consumables.
Allow or Disallow Artifacts/Lighstones
Granting 5/5 Crit, Move, Atk Spd, Cast Spd while in zone
The Bounty System - can't be based solely on kills, or players might abuse it, but create some way to designate pvpers as valued targets.
