i get straight to the point. worst halloween event i saw in online game for last 20 years. it not only lack "attractions/activities", but also you can't be sure if those that present, will work.
if you are so busy with yr so called "champinship", you should just go with login rewards. i could expect such "event" from some f2p game. it would be less insulting, if you bothered to put msg in game chat that Isabella will not spawn. it's not a big deal that ppl loged in in the mid. of night for boss kill, right? but only thing that got killed was their good mood and disire to play.
keep up with yr good work, the game will sure benefit from that much of developers attention

They been looping same hallowen event for, i dont know since.

This is the third year for Marni's Playground.  This year it's missing some quests and minigames.

Kind of reminds me of what they did with Terrmian this year, but that was because they were intending to only have the new Sea Palace for the summer event, and they only returned (a stripped down version of) Terrmian due to popular demand.

About the witch not spawning, it looked like the notice was posted after the spawn was to have occurred.

Marni's spooky playground is empty and boring. Devs should get inspiration from GW2. Create new area where players can hang out, fight spooky monsters together, gather candy corns etc.

This whole is has been recycled content for the past two years now.

If I was a developer that cared about this game, I'd be embarrassed.

It's quite obvious from everything that has been rushed in since Mountain of Eternal Winter that they no longer really care.

It's sad, given the obvious hard work that is being put into the areas and quests and such.  But the passion that animated this game before 2022?  It's totally gone.  And it shows.  And they don't care.

Recycled? it's rushed and half assed.

Feeling a bit disappointed as well ( • ᴖ • ｡) . If PA is going to reuse old Halloween content each year that can be fine, but there should at least be a few new additions, with different rewards to collect each year to keep things interesting. This is only my second Halloween in BDO, but it feels like I did everything there is to offer last year, and there's even content missing this time around; the haunted house, dice game, and reward exchange with Marni.

GW2 is a great example of repeating the same Holiday events while keeping things fresh and exciting! They add new rewards, alongside previous years items if missed, and new activites/small tasks to work on. So there's tons to do while enjoying that festival, even if done previous years.

PA is weird with bringing old content and events back. They are fine with recyling the same few events/festivals every year (Marni's Playground and Terrmian), but then there's others that haven't been seen for years. The Florin Halloween event in 2020 ? This is even referenced in the current Halloween questline at Alejandro Farm, and when you visit Florin briefly before heading to Marni's.

Some other mentions while on the topic: The Spring Water Festival , and Grandpa Cron for the Holiday Season haven't been brought back for a few years now. 

I wish they would put a little more effort into events.  At least bring back older ones some players haven't even seen, with original rewards, and add new rewards to go with it,  so everyone can enjoy and experience them. Having seasonal festivals/events throughout the year gives players something to consistently look forward to, or want to jump back into the game for. Bringing with them fun activities, community involvement, and rewards to split up the usual gameplay loop! Best case would be a mix of old and new for everyone to experience and enjoy ^^. Hopefully next Halloween will bring more excitement and new activities.

Saddest part (as already mentioned) is that they couldve just copy-pasta-ed from previous years and players would've been happier. Someone is smoking the bad juju in PA when making decisions tho, or they don't even have devs left that can copy-pasta from previous good content. Which leads us to the same lazy design rotation over and over and over and over.
