Please remove weight from sailors completely. Bartering, via ANY boat, has been a complete mess since the barter increases at the islands coupled by the double cabin size of boats.

I support this idea. I completely understand weight regarding bartering items, but doesn't make sense on why sailors can weigh your ship down so much(with the exception of giants).
