[QoL] Exchanging Energy pots

Comments: We can only exchange energy into energy pots of the character we are currently playing. Nobody goes through this anymore, hence Energy pots are out of stock at central market.
Suggestions: As with the energy investing in nodes, add the exact same window to energy pot exchange from Alustin npc (credit: ArchaicTriad).

Or better yet, give us the new menu drop down list of all our characters when using the exchange.
(just like node investing drop down list)

Either of these would be nice. I have several characters that are always far away from an energy exchange person.
Also, why isn't there one in LOML?
