Why Awak Witch will really struggle at non-Dekhia spots compared to other classes

Family Name: SeedofYggdrasil

Region (NA/EU): EU

Comments: Let me first explain, why Awak Witch will stay great at Dekhia spot when compared to other classes (even through other classes get massiv PvE buffs soon):

1. Dekhia spots were designed as tower spots where mobs spawn around a tower and run towards the player. Therefore the mobs are spread out most of the time.
To clear the mob wave efficiently you need to damage the mobs as consistently as possible. Awak Witch has HUGE Aoe damage which can cover most of the mobs

2. The tower spawns mobs continiously with no real break during spawns. Therefore alot of classes with longer CD on their skills struggle to upkeep damage.
Awak Witch has a 3sec CD, high damage and large AoE skill called fissure wave. It basicly is the main skill in the combo and you use the rest of Witch kit as filler skills

3. For some reason PA thought it would be a good idea to give Dekhia mobs an incredibly large amount of DR, but with a small HP pool. Now classes with lots of AP buffs and DP debuffs were able to get much effective AP, therefore being able to kill mobs at Dekhia spots much faster.
Awak Witch has two AP passives and can upkeep their T3 addons permanently, therefore hitting this tresholds is easier on Witch or Woosa unlike other classes

4. Dekhia mobs deal ALOT of damage. Classes with alot of Super Armor can't survive at Dekhia spots
Awak Witch dash skill has a PvE iframe which can be chained for almost forever and most of her long skills have Frontal Guard, allowing her to tank a lot more damage from mobs

You can tell that the PA didn't put much effort into making the Dekhia spots fair for all classes. All of these points could have been avoidable...
Now we get a massive powercreep for PvE for all classes which are bad at Dekhia spots (basicly almost every class, execpt: Awak Witch, Succ Guardian, Woosa and Succ Meagu)
G͟o͟o͟d͟ Awak Witches will be fine and still outperform most classes at Dekhia spots despite these buffs!

But Awak Witch already struggleing to keep up with grinding at most non-Dekhia spots compared to other classes, with the constant PvE / movement buffs the other classes get. And this time other classes get a 30%-50% damage buffs on top of their already buffed skills.
I outperform my Awak Witch with my tags at most non-Dekhia spots, even through I can pull trash of good grind videos on my Awak Witch.

Suggestions: Therefore my suggestion: massively powercreep the ability to move on Awak Witch to match other classes PvE clear for non-Dekhia spots while staying true to Awak Witch's playstyle!
Here some of my ideas:

Ultimate: Teleport

1. Remove the Cooldown of Ultimate Teleport for Awak Witch completly, and

2. Ultimate Teleport can now be casted after normal Teleport and Elementalization

- Thunder Storm, Equilibrium Break and Yoke of Ordeal

1. After finishing these skills allow us to swap instantly the position with Gorr / Tett.

2. Ultimate: Teleport can be casted after we swaped the position with Gorr / Tett, but Ultimate Teleport will be unprotected when used after them.

that is why developers simply suck at the game.

immobile clases suffer in all types of content except some shit stationary pve at endgame.

they they want to buff super mobile classes to perform there too.

why dont they design spots where mobility is factor so that different classes are at different spots

anyone who tried content that required mmovement probably felt like a 20 ton dumpster truck trying to chase down mobs on awakened casters.

They buffed the movement of already mobile classes multiple times and increased the stamina we can get by quite a bit. But Awak Witch didn't get sh*t, only a bad escape skill which doesn't move you enough to escape or gets you killed, and also is not viable in PvE...

Now after these buffs these classes can kill packs with as many skills as Awak Witch, while their skills are 2x as fast and their mobility is 10x better than our.

If they want to powercreep all these classes at endgame spots, atleast powercreep us at non-endgame spots. Make it fair!

It's definitively true. However, end-Game grinding locations are consistantly more about a rotation of abilities and spells.

It is also likely true that something with the base stats happened in the stats of the PvE monsters to make the Awakening Witch top the charts almost suddenly since. It's surprising to see a class that was clearly average in the last era of grind, see buffs and become in the good ones in Elvia Hexe Sanctuary, and then become S+ top queen of PvE when the grind locations get a big structural change

I had done a BDO break during that very end of Hexe Sanctuary era of gear caps and came back to Awakening Witch besing S+ tier. I certainly was puzzled.

That whole exclusion for PvE buff feels very lame. Awakening Witch will most likely get dethroned by a number of classes after the round of buffs and she's going to be back to an unimpressive state as she has been for the last 4 years or so.

There are some aspects they could definitively have worked on such as giving her an alternative PvE rotation that use fewer pet flow damage skills via a PvE buff to Lightning Blast or Detonative Flow for instance. Skills that are not included in the mainstream PvE rotation anyways due to their outdated damage numbers. Or Elementalization Iframe to spice up her PvE movement options during combat.

Because as it stands, this months long exclusion from PvE buff feels only like another delay from a PvP overhaul of Awakening Witch.

Yeah, kind of wondering as to the reason awaken witch is the only class that is getting 0 rework or buffs? i find it very hard to believe that current awaken witch is already 20-60% stronger than all other classes already. Being good in 1 area for grinding and GvG is not an excuse for devs to just give up and not bother to put any time and work to improve the class. Like, if they work on classes and balance them only for the top 0.00001% of players, wher ethey only compare lvl 65 with 750 gs and how they perform at the hardest place only, it fukcs everyone else over.

Oh you have 700 gs? grats, go get yourself out farmed by a musa with 600 gs

Witch PvE is kinda fine, not top-tier except in some spots so it's average. However as long as they finally give us the meaningful PvP buffs that we have been lacking for many years I think the class could finally be at a good position. So missing PvE buffs is kinda fine as long as (breathing in copium) we, awaken witches, do get those meaningful PvP buffs.

As long as they fix Pet damage and give us proper PvP / movement buffs, I won't mind tbh.

Not getting PvE damage buffs is fine. Awak Witch doesn't need to be the PvE Queen, and I don't want all the FOTM rerollers on my class tbh

Honestly, it's crazy seeing Succ Drak clear speed in underground gyfins on KR. We won't have a bright future at non-Dekhia spots if thats the new standard...

P.S.: Love to see how bunch of other classes got some PvP buffs while PA did their "PvE only buffs" xD
