Tried to reroll my fairy, into getting MC5 (just this) and didn't really care about the rest, had 50+ faries (stock piled) my last one had MC4.
Out of all the rolls, even with Theiah Orbs (10) I didn't proc it once.
Before any1 asks "did u level the t3 to t4" yes, i did, spent around 3-4b to level most of them to max (see if i got lucky or not) no MC5 had several MC3 and not a single MC4 either (so i could roll the others higher perhaps)

Make a pity system or make it so if you have MC1 it rolls between 1 or 5 and not the other 300 abilities a fairy has nowadays, this is honestly such a money grab and waste of time.
