Remove market listings/preorders after x inactivity of account

Suggestions/Comments:
Make a system that removes the Central Market listings and preorders of accounts that have been inactive for a certain amount of time. A lot of items have dud preorders, that will give the items to people who most likely wont ever use them. Same goes for listings.
The timeframe could be discussed, but my first suggestion would be 30 days (the same that makes you eligible to be a Returner).

This should not be any less than 1 year, if done at all. The limits on pre-orders make it so that things that are sought after can only be pre-ordered in small quantities.
Also, regular price adjustments naturally leave the older pre-orders behind if an item is rare enough.

Id say PA should look into this. If this has any effect on server load,yeah get rid of them. If not just deal with it bro

Why? It does not make sense in any way; why should I be hindered by soneone's preorder, who hasn't logged in for 2-3+ months? It's not just the question of server load.
