Facts, let's focus on the facts. The vast majority of BDO players do not want open pvp, do not want to take part in pvp and do not want to be forced to pvp.
And that's why all these changes were made.
I would like to remind that the most popular topics on the Kakao forum and on the current forum were/are topics related to: removing open pvp / changing half (or even more than half) of the channels into pve only channels.
At the same time, no one is talking about removing pvp from the game and no one is prohibiting anyone from participating in pvp.
But pvp in mmo games is not about griefing and pk of people who are unable to defend themselves or do not want this form of contact with other players and creating topics in which such toxic pvp players cry because of this is simply ridiculous.
BDO offers tons of pvp content, but you pvp players are the ones who don't want to use it. And you don't want to, because the same players as you are against you, those who want pvp and know pvp.

You come back after long brake and again you have no idea what the topic is. So I will give you some help and explain. Since clearly you didnt read what topic is. THE TOPIC IS ABOUT OWPVP. Now after that you can change your post if you want, or make new according OwPvP.
And about your wrong statement:
I would like to remind that the most popular topics on the Kakao forum and on the current forum were/are topics related to: removing open pvp / changing half (or even more than half) of the channels into pve only channels.
Thats not true. Yes there where few topics about it, but never got popularity like this one:

Since you mention fact, atleast try to stick to them.
Also changes that PA made basicaly kills OwPvP. And thats the problem. Many of us like OwPvP becasue makes more reacher gameplay, more fun, something to be aware of, and reason to progres in gear. And no we are not greafers, but we like fo fight griefers.
And is totaly ununderstandable whe after adding marni PA didnt make it nonstop and leave PvP servers like they are. This is purely stupid desision which only logical reason is that PA wants to kill OwPvP.
I hope you will be on topic now.
I think at the bare minimum, Arsha-PvP server should be a place where the Terms of Service regarding player-killing is slightly different, and by that I mean the bar required for a report should be substantially higher. A specific example would be if a report claims "repeat harassment," due to dying in the same area to the same attacker repeatedly. Well if it's on the Arsha server, player-killing should be the default expectation of all participants and if anyone manages to PvE on Arsha without interruptions then that person should feel as though they are luckily & sneakily getting away with something risky. And anyone who dislikes that should either PvP back, or choose another server to connect to.
Nobody should ever have to fear being reported for PvP on the 1 PvP server out of 45 total servers. And if someone is being targetted & attacked repeatedly on the single named PvP server, they should rally all of their friends and begin a war within the game to either escalate or resolve the issue via their own PvP, or else they should retreat from the PvP server. I see 45 servers in BDO-NA, can we please at least let the single "NA_Arsha (PVP)" Server be a "safe" place where killing is purely between players, killing is considered to be the game, and reports are answered with "you are on the pvp server if you want protection please rally friends to PvP back, or else use the other 44 servers that don't have PVP in the name."
This sounds crazy to even discuss. Let the people report all they want for pvp on any other server but at least allow the server with PvP in its name, to remain a place where pvp is allowed.
I mean seriously what next, will there be reports for targetted killing in RBF? If a streamer is back-capping point 5 and the same enemy keeps stopping them, is that reportable, targeted harassment?

Where is the data to prove any of this.on kakao forums it was low upvotes on all pve players talking about pve only servers an removing pvp. Same for this forum.
There is a post with 960 players saying do not change the gvg an karma system which is 9X or even higher in most regards than any PvE post.
Also every pvp content is capped exception of BA(lmao crystals) and RBF. Hence people just leaving at this point. Also dont pull out a % that has no proof an say 99% of players are pve only an hate pvp thats not true. No one knows the %. As far as i can tell with steam charts as soon as they made the pvp change the player decrease is far higher than previous years. We also cant see how many people left from official launcher an im expecting 2x or more than steam it self.

none are above 200 up votes that says alot. So going from my data it is the complete opposite of what you have stated. Pretty much proving no one wanted the changes to pvp when it came to GvG and Karma using your logic.
Not going to read through all of OP tripe. But how is someone playing the game for almost a year a new player?

A year is relatively new for bdo an he is under a year (December 2022) wdym. You wouldnt get through half the content in a year.

Minor addition: 2. The season Arsha server.

Thats neither being new nor relatively new to a game. Unless someones an obtuse and whiney griever that was shown the door by the dev team.
Love
In terms of the PvP scene? That's very new. Missed all the fun of the first few years, at least from the stories that I've read. I missed it too, and I've been here longer. "New" is contextual. And the point of view is what it is, regardless of the status of the speaker. Especially as some veterans appear to have concurred.

Well, everyones welcome to their point of view, i guess. Even if its merely based on... "stories that they have read".
