The cooking and Alchemy crates need a buff to be in line with the new economy. At 1670 Cooking Mastery and with 218 Guru crates to turn in I only make 258.6m, that is absolutly nothing in this new inflated economy, 258m a day vs 1 bil an hour is a joke. Please adjust the cooking and alchemy crate prices.

They are perferctly in line with everything beside grinding. Its grinding that need to be nerfed back to everything else not the way around. Because when everything catch up to grinding PA buff grinding again.

I would argue that with a good setup, you can make 130 m in less than 60 seconds (if you buy all food and pack it en masse). Of course, you need to progress into that setup and that takes some time. Let's say the effort you had to put into gearing and leveling cooking extends this time tenfold. That is still 780m per hour with zero continuous effort. My character just stands there every day, takes crates from storage, sells crates, it takes 30 seconds at most and it feels like printing money.

Of course, I am not against buffing the crates, as I would benefit from this greatly. I would be extatic if I made 300m every time I sell crates (i.e., 9bil per month passive income), which would approximately double if you cook (not buy) the food. But this should be driven by data :)

I did the math like 1-2 years ago and if you cook your meals yourself you make around ~800mil/hour with ~230mil per day profit (thats with a little less than 2k mastery, about 1850-1950 Mastery). It should be around 1bil/hour nowadays with 2k Mastery.

And honestly as a veteran, this is not that great. Especially for a daily limited activity.

They should let us turn in 1 crate per CP and increase our profit per box by 50%.

It doesn't matter how much you can earn on one crate since there is a daily limit. Trash from mobs has no limit, so crates shouldn't have it either. Especially since cooking isn't free. If someone wants to earn something from cooking, they have to collect everything themselves. To achieve high profit, you need to have a very high level of mastery and very expensive manos items.

Prices of imperial crates are the same as on the day they were introduced to the game, but the value of trash has increased... 20 times!!!

So even 1 crate per CP and increase our profit per box by 50% will still be ridiculously small money, but a step in the right direction.

Soo... you suggest I should be able to make about 400m each day in about 30 seconds? My printer got all very hot right now. Can you try to name any other lifeskill activity in the game (that needs gear as well) matching this income potential? As I said, I am not against such change, since it would make me rich. Like printing money...

How does it take 30 sec to cook + box your meals? If you buy the meals, you make much less.

How many years do you plan to play until you get rich with 400m per day xD

The problem is not the imperial boxes, the problem is that it costs so much to turn meals into Cron Meals, so the profit isn't there, and using a food rotation is too dificult due to the half hour Cool Down.  The money should be in creating meals, not in wrapping a bow around the meals after.

The Health XP should only have a cool down, and there should be a way to force expire Cron meals, so that when you want to switch to a food rotation it doesn't take 9 days of prep.

I am fine with Cooking Imperials, and Alchemy Imperials being limited, but they should be exclusive to each other.  You should be able to turn in 1/2 your CP in cooking and 1/2  your CP in Alchemy every day, not 1/2 for only one.

ROTFL. Imperial boxes are falling from the sky right on me while I standing afk in front of the warehouse in Heidel?
Food has to be produced and the ingredients for its production obtained. Buying ready-made meals means almost zero profit.

How much of this can you get? 100-150m per day? But with how high a mastery and guru in cooking? I sell 213 pro boxes a day obtained from the market and that gives me....76m per day. At around 1200 Mastery. I used to produce master boxes myself, I had a little more, about 160m per day, but you can't produce that amount every day because you'll run out of ingredients, you won't collect that amount yourself, and if you buy them, the profit decreases dramatically (a self-made master box gives me more than a purchased guru box, the difference (profit from guru boxes) is only visible at unrealistically high mastery). Anyway, even tet manos is not enough for a reasonable profit, and how much does a tet manos set cost (clothes and 6 accessories)? 176b!!! So when will the investment pay off and start generating some profit since you are limited to 200-300m per day? Never. This is such ridiculously absurd money that all the cooking and imperial boxes make no sense. If you add up the time needed to gather ingredients and the cooking time, then... there is no point in cooking because you will earn 20 times more from trash. I've always liked life skills at BDO, but if they don't bring you any profit, it's not worth pursuing them.
