Framerate drops to 0

Hi all, a few days ago (maybe after the last patch) I started experiencing 0 framerate drops and the computer freezes only when playing BDO.
This doesn't happen when playing any other games and the only way to fix my computer after that fps drop/freeze happens is by hard resetting my PC using the power on/off button. I've been playing BDO on the same rig for over 2 years and I have never experienced similar issues before.
Can anyone possibly give me some ideas on how to solve it?
So far it cost me around 900 mil since the crashes occur only when grinding and when I log back in I'm already killed by the nearby mobs.

Edit: Just for information for other people with the same problem - scanning and reparing, completely reinstalling BDO and Resetting Windows 11 DIDN'T solved the issue.

If you use an nvidia card, every newer card driver then Version 537,58 make this Problem. You can solve this when you go back to driver version 537.58.

If you use an nvidia card, every newer card driver then Version 537,58 make this Problem. You can solve this when you go back to driver version 537.58.
Can confirm that after rolling back my nvidia driver to 537.58 fixed the issue.
For anyone that experience the same problem like i did i advise you to check official nvidia forums. There's a guide how to rollback driver versions.

I have tried what you advised me. I have returned to the previous version of the nvidia driver.
It has been solved. But it's only been one day.

I had the problem myself for days and then downgraded the driver on November 11, 2023. Since then everything has been working without any problems.

Def my problem was with the GPU drivers. I hope it will solve your problem as well :)

Same here as well.
It was fine with the latest driver for some time but since a few days a few moments after logging in it crawled down to a stop.
I also had it in New World, same issue and sometimes after a while the speed came back.
Reverted to 537.58 and all is well in both games, I would say even smoother.
