Change NA Times to be split from EU

I get the forums, and some regions are meshed together, based on similarities, but there should still be distinct separations.

For example, EU and NA share the forums together, because of being primarily English based... but PA always lumped us together for live-stream events, in-person events, and in-game times.

Why times, though? NA specifically has Timezones based around EST to PST, which is 5 - 8hrs behind UTC respectfully, or 4 - 7 after springtime.

Aside from us getting used to the offsets, why does NA base our time around EU's? I can understand for ease of coding, but some of our times just don't make sense from a locality sense.

End of day should be our Midnight, not offset to another, and having to mental math everything because it's always displayed in UTC instead of your local time, also makes little sense.

For the relief of others, please consider changing server region times based on those actual regions.

Based on recent occurrences, I can see we'd be better off splitting regions entirely. Why?

Too many regions participate in the same Events.

There have been a lot of GM events lately that have occurred during primary EU peak hours.
Yet, a lot of individuals in NA are still at work. In the past, I've also seen the opposite.

I've also noticed individuals in the forums or discord are given preferential treatment based on their region.
Like the recent egg event - All of the winners were in EU, yet we have Oceania and NA share the forums;
This makes that event feel a little region-biased.
Yet if you go to Taiwan servers, all of their winners are only selected from Taiwan.

We also share the same Ambassador pool. Yet, half of the individuals currently chosen are in EU and NA respectively.
The size of the regions aren't the same; nor does it make sense to have individuals that don't know your player base delegate over you.

Just a food for thought, but in the last half year since my first post, I've seen more reasons to split, than to stay lumped together.
The only commonality we have, is we primarily speak English.
