Lack of testing before updates and inconsistent decision making

Feedback on: This thread addresses yesterday's/today's nerfs and buffs to classes on global labs and asks for clarification on the motives behind them.

Today, we got another wave of PvE changes in the most recent chase to find "balance" in PvE by Pearl Abyss. We got more buffs to Sorc, Tamer and Mystic, while classes like Awakening DK, Succession Lahn and Awakening Wizard got nerfed. Not only ALL regions except for KR didn't get to properly test the changes, we also definitely did not get to test the classes with the new addon system. Moreover, were these classes not tested before the buffs were released?! Why buff a class to then two weeks later nerf it?! Especially when players had voiced their concerns about the numbers on glabs before they were added to the live version?

Suggestion: But well, the aim of this post is not to debate wether or not these were the right decisions, although one may wonder how Sucession Sage didn't get nerfed, but to ask PA to provide detailed information on where exactly did the classes underperform or outperform what they deem balanced.. Further changes should have information on WHERE the class was tested, HOW MUCH trashloot the class got during testing, and WHAT is the value of refence used for the balancing. Looking at the latest patches, it's reasonable to ask if the changes were even tested, not to mention tested thoroughly, before being added to the KR servers. Also, would you consider waiting for international feedback before making such drastic changes? Shouldn't there be a global forum to debate changes instead of KR being the only region to have a say in what's done?

A few weeks ago, J admitted the latest "Flame" spot was added to KR without proper testing due to the Node War Event/War of the Roses. Isn't it time we stop having weekly patches on glabs/live servers so you can properly test the changes you make to the game before releasing them?! Or, should we expect this same excuse for future faulty additions to the game?!

That is all,

Nokkun

PA may be the only MMO Dev I have ever seen do live buffs on servers and less than 3 days later nerf the same classes they buffed, even BW doesn't handle swtor this badly
