It is sooooo stressful dealing with all the buffs. Often with characters I swap off them and can't swap back until I am ready to do something. I was thinking maybe buffs could stop in safe zones which would help a bit, but especially with life buffs you may very well be using them in safe zones, so that won't work. There is a lot of time in setting up recipes and moving items. Or lets say you want to play with your shai band for a while, and you can't just do that because you have the 20 different buffs running. 

In PVE one of the big reasons you don't want to PVP is because you have buffs running, often expensive buffs, and often for PVE. This adds tons of stress to it. Meanwhile someone is going spot to spot with crystals, artifacts, food, elixirs, pets, weapons, gear all aimed at pvp, and they know that and will drag out fights to waste time, enhancing the greif aspect. 

I have suggested one button swapping before for everything and that has fell through the cracks, so if that is too much, at least let us control our buffs so we can choose what to do at any given moment.

Yes, this would be awesome.  The fairy auto-use was a good start, but being able to turn on/off/pause buffs would be very useful.

Another loot scroll interface for life buffs and combat buffs would be great.  A lot of these buffs also need to just be merged, there's too many.
