Meaningful non RNG guild missions please.  Last when I was looking for guild missions to unlock Puturum guild boss, there were 3 XL Mediah missions for the guild boss on the same channel.  That should never happen.

combat pays 200 mill life pays 125 mill trade pays 100 mill

guild does 30 missions per day all week they get all boss scrolls filled 

and they get 1 treasure chest guild boss per week 

guild bosses scrolls can stack up to 1 month eg a guild can pop 4 khans back to back 4 mudster etc

delete boss scroll  guild missions

after killing a guild boss a big ass afaru pops out of nowhere dances and the whole guild needs to lay the smack down on him to get good loot

just let every1 in guild have their 1-x missions/day (any) mission.

Just remove the 10 min refresh, and let people pick the missions. Shouldn't have to wait hours to finally get the boss subj mission you were looking for. As for more missions, unless they really increase the money for them, why bother? That 30M/mission really hurting you if someone else does it instead of you? The people that do the boss subj ones for the rest of the guild don't even get any silver at all for doing them.

Besides increasing the guild quests according to the guild size, introduce weekly guild quests, life and combat. 
Life can be a combo of logs, rough rocks, water, witch deli, cata at 10k each for instance and 5k for the alchemy and cooking. these weekly quest stay open while other guild quests are being done. Same with the combat guild missions. for instance 7k in 4 different regions. 
Gives an extra incentive to participate in guild activities. We all know something needs to be done about guild missions.
