Imagine give away to 50k players 100% enchantment chance. PEN BS worthless, PEN FG worthless. Hammers are like free 10b for crones is not enough ? If everyone has everything then everyone has nothing and market is dead, whole point of this game is dead because there is no point to grind...

Oh wow, the majority of the time you got nothing and a repair bill. Congratulations. 

This game is dead anyway because 99% of players don't have end game items and will never get them. BS pen has what, 3% chance of success? BS godr pen how much, also about 3%. FG from duo also 1-3%. And you say that 100% several times a year would be harmful to this game? And handing out hammers that give some people BS pens doesn't harm the market? Doesn't it create disproportions? What about accessories? There is a hammer for them, PA never handed it out. What about life skills players? Manos is harder to get than the vs mobs item because you can't use crons and FS doesn't exist.

PEN BS is currently end game item, needed for dekhia spots, for rest you can go for guaranteed enchantment system caprhass PEN boss and this is what you should do firstly it costs half of BS's price. For FGs armor if u use 170-180 FSes you will have 10% +/-. TET FG is again end game item thats why is hard to get them ( from the other hand dunno it's even worth to waste time for them), PEN currently is impossible to get probably soon they will change it. And no handing out hammers that will give few new PEN BS will not harm the market people do many taps with crons it's the same. If u give  100% ench.chance to everyone, end game items become worthless in 1 day, because you why should somebody even bother to grind ? This game is grind pure grind, giving away end game items to everyone will cause that people will play pvp for 2 weeks and 90% of them will leave, due to no content.
Accesories ? who need them ? for PVE tet distro, 2x PEN RING ( where 1 you will get from Jetina's dailies after 40 days for ~11b total price ), PEN Capotia neckle, belt, this is what you need to reach 305 AP with completed Journals and C15 Kutum .. Rest brackets currently are bad joke, PvP is different story. 

wish we had devs that care

Mmm yeah i am still struguling as a free to paly player but yet i enjoy the game i cant grind on the end game zones and i wait until kach up mechanics and i dont do open world pvp for that reason
Yet again i can pvp in soa with free gear and i still enjoy the game doing the older content and when i get somthing nice and expensive the joy for me is big!
Well its the best mmorpg at the moment so i dont mind 
I know that just like in real life money is king so we cant do nothing about it 
For me PA does a good job and sometimes like the gamba stuff bad and not cool but this may change in the future since alot of mmos are coming and i have seen this before that when a competator comes out PA gives big and big free stuff :)

Event is alright but terribly designed.

They should add garmoth part instead gold coins to finish quest once per family. 20h = 200 coins = 10 garmoth parts to make one heart with 1% chance of winning second heart from lottery 

They literally discuss the future of the game on those events... how is it not important you donkey?
