Make guild missions selectable from a list

Suggestions/Comments: Guild missions are so annoying right now. I wanted to do a sea monster guild quest to get Khan scroll piece; on the 3 guild base channels, I was looking for one for THREE HOURS and did not find any. Please fix it, this random mission system is crap. Make it possible to select the size and content of the guild mission from a list. Its so disappointing when I'm doing something, I would like to do a guild quest as a side with it, but no, RNG says fk off, no GQ for you.

Everything about the guild quest setup needs an overhaul. Good suggestion.
- The amount of daily quests available. 10 is not enough, especially for XL guilds.
- Elvia missions available on non-Elvia servers????
- Most of them are solo missions. Not enough guild-wide participation quests. The ones that are don't even give out money.
- The "Trade" missions are all garbage. The Barter missions don't give out enough money to make them worthwhile.
- A lot of the lifeskill missions are still junk.
- Only show the different size missions that match the guild size.
