1- Detatch Lightstones from Artifacts: Artifacts becomes normal pieces of gear with their own stat and nothing else, Lightstones become 4 new crystal slots, this will make the Artifact inventory smaller and easier to work with, since you won't need duplicates with different sets (eg. 2 monster AP with Vicious Shadow and 2 monster AP with Kamasylvian AP). This is particularly important with the upcoming 5 billions Artifact from Ulukita, as a best-in-slot for quite a few types of content, requiring multiple sets or constant extraction would be very annoying.

2- Add gear slots: works just like an apparel or gear bag, whatever you put in your preset and is present in your inventory gets automatically equipped with the rest of the crystals. Going to kill some mobs? You know your Kutum will be on. T3 node war? You won't forget the HP stuff and Chimera earrings again. Obviously we still have the little loading with idle requirement to prevent abuses.

3- Add skill presets: same as above, automatically applies the skill presets that are saved in the skill window, as long as you aren't on cooldown with your Old Moon Book and in a safe zone, as usual.

Concerns and solutions:

If this happens there would need to be some rebalancing with the crystal bag, clearly 50/55 slots would be very limiting to begin with. The average free2player would need somewhere around 70 to 90 slots to accomodate for 4 to 10 sets of lightstones in the bag, while the people who bought all the extra space should be boosted to 150 perhaps. Or we simply leave the Lightstones in the current Lightstone inventory and have them be virtually unlimited, keeping the crystal bag as is.

The 10 million silver lightstone extraction tool would become irrelevant, and the market for the low-end Lightstones which get destroyed all the time instead of extracted would be completely flooded. Is this a real problem? The extraction silver sink is already honestly a joke, and the Lightstones sitting at 5m are still a good buy for Magical Lightstone Crystals exchange which are in great demand every week to craft various Land of the Morning Light items, I think we could let this slide.

a couple months ago I suggested something like this ' 1 button loadout ' except my suggestion was more towards the full build.... 1 button to load the gear, the artifacts, the alchemy stone, the crystals, the pets, the costume etc etc... literally everything. Going to go from grinding to processing? *1 click* go from processing to cooking? *1click* going back to grinding? *1click*.... sadly this suggestion went no where and didnt gain any traction. 

really hope we get liana's bag soon... and now that ators boots are out... what can they keep pushing next...

my guess is fallen god weapons, new classes, new farming zones, then a final balancing of all of the classes, from there where else can they go? I really hope they revisit and rework some of the lifeskills and a whole lotta QoL things...

OP makes a pretty good suggestion here. This could benefit every kind of player, even the new ones. 

I personally find it tiresome to swap artifacts, crystals, pets, and gear evertime I want to take a break and go afk for a bit. 

A one-click solution could be a wonder. 

We need a GLOBAL Preset and we need 13 min.

The amount of times I've just finished a pve session (with a pve setup) or just returned from afk on the dummies (combat exp setup) and went into an RBF only to find that I forgot to change something i.e artifacts (which can't be changed in RBF) is such a pain. Theres so much to change between different content, its very easy to forget something.

Add that to the already very long checklist of preparing buffs from church, house, tent, checking pets, skills/addons, crystals, alchemy stone, food, dehkia fuel, loot scroll[s] etc etc.

Unnecessary pain.

LostArk has a master preset system, be better.
