I can't be the only person who thinks that Origins of Dark Hunger being a drop restricted to an endgame zone unreachable for anything less than full caphras 10 PEN gear, is the most idiotic and backward implementation in existence.

I find it astounding that you thought players at endgame with endgame gear are the ones who should get this item as a drop instead of the players who would actually need it. Nothing in this world could explain the thought process that went into this. Probably because zero thoughts went into this.

Unless of course, this is some kind of ploy to make lower geared players spend $30 in the pearl shop for "Cron Bundles" for a randomized chance to get between 30 and 1000 crons. Is Pearl Abyss trying to be the next Bungie? In which case, I hope you end up like Bungie.

Personally, I'm happy they put it in an end game zone.  If they had put it anywhere else, it would be overrun by overgeared players and nobody else would be able to grind there.

And with what it costs, it really is only end-game players that need it. Anybody else should save their money and buy the gear instead.

It would still be difficult, but it's far from endgame gear and you're not the one requiring these "origin" items the most with such a gear. 

end game players are the ones that need highest stack the most though. debos, accuracy accessories etc is what requires the highest stacks

also, even if you need it so much, it's plenty available on central market
