New players, to do what? Grinding? If they're going to remove PvP, which would be a mistake, then they should have something ready to take it's place. Actual content that doesn't include grinding (running around in circles killing mobs for years whilst trying to obtain an item.) Group content, (you know since it's an mmorpg). They're removing most forms of PvP, adding more instances which further isolates players from each other (in a multiplayer game), and non-stop grindspots. The game is commiting suicide. 

J is not going to stop his vendetta of aquiring new players. It's in every business favor to keep aquiring new players. However the level of griefing will always be an issue in this game. For example, me being a 730gs player can go to any spot in valencia and kill new players for hours on end. Why? I don't need a reason. I get pleasure from ruining the game for new players. If they throw a tantrum in chat and say something wrong; well that's an easy chat ban or account ban. What new player after working 8 hours is going to want to play a game where they're blocked from progressing?

You could say "stay on season servers" yet they restrict you via gs caps...which isn't how the game suppose to be played. Linear progression should stay linear.

The OP posted in another thread sales figures, which has a corralation between players and profit. When both went down we started seeing heavy changes to PvP. J will continue removing aspects of PvP until new players become safe from griefing. You can either keep responding to weekly threads about how PvP is dead or stop the bleeding and make permement PvE severs. You guys are on the losing side of this. Cut your losses now imo.

You can't make changes in griefing by removing more content.

As Jae himself said in this talk he openly admitted that by removing one sided decs and change the way pvp operates it left a Giant void.

This Void will be filled in any manner that players see fit. If in fact Griefing or "reports of Griefing" are on the rise. Than you can actually pinpoint exactly what the cause was. (Players are bored with no content 1st on the list is changes to pvp)

Outside of flagging up and taking a Karma hit Open World GVG's no longer exist in the current form of BDO outside of Arsha. 

You still have a massive part of the community that does in fact PVP of one type or another if BDO went PVE only this game will die a very slow painful death. 

Bdo has severe lack of content, bringing solare back online doesn't fix it.. it is still capped content. 

We have a major problem and this issue revolves around a MMORPG that installed too much solo player instance content.

As a Pve player you have 13 hours of marni, you have 8 care bear servers with all the rainbows and huggy bears.

Removal of 1 sided Decs, Fam Karma, 5 min server cool down with 3 being guild instant. if at this point you are still getting harrased by players I am starting to wonder what YOU are doing to cause it.

The formula is always the same even in a game: Every time we see a group trying to control people's behavior to make a "better world", the people start with protests and are always met with censorship, banishment and tyranny in response.

We see that in communist countries, and now apparently game companies.
