What exactly you want to fix ? Its always was like that, Every grinding zone in BDO split for multiple nodes and you need to invent into node where your spot located.
I get what you want, but there is nothing to fix, its working as intended.

Suggestions/Comments:
The Darkseeker's Retreat monster zone is not correctly affiliated with the Darkseeker's Retreat node like other monster zones in the game. The node investment benefits are based on the physical locaiton of the monsters and monsters can be affiliated with multiple nodes (i.e Darkseeker's Retreat, Karasi Canyon, Tungrad Ruins).
This was verified by checking the node affiliation at Orc Camp.
Please correct this inconsistency so that players can have a smoother experience while investing in nodes for the new monster zone.

Do not rely on the geographical location but only on the only node indicated in the wikiloot
The node system was changed a few months ago

nodes wasn't changed, its just connection icon that now permanently connected (which is probably bug).

Warriors is correct. Only the node associated with the Monster Spot that is mentioned in the Monster Zone Info UI influences the loot chance for the specific spot. This was indeed changed a few months ago. You need not worry about any other node shown on the minimap, as the loot chance is applied to the mobs anyway.

For the sake of confusion, they really should get rid of that "node investment benefit" icon since it's wrong for a lot of zones.
Take Hystria for example. It says you're not invested in Hystria, yet you have the Obedience node at level 20.

I reported that as bug for Hystria and Aakman and they dont want to fix it, because to stupid for, like J sayed mememe we cant fix the Wusa so we make all classes stronger KEKW

Clearly u see that the node is lvl20 max but the nodeicon say its not active.
And in my opinion PA has to fix it.

Yup I submitted 2 tickets about it and they don't want to do anything about it. They say "the drop rate is working as intended per the Monster Zone screen", but yet the ticket was about the other "node investment benefit" icon which is NOT working.
