Low FPS Issue on Mid-End PC

My computer specifications:
Ryzen 5 2600 Socket AM4 4.2GHz 19MB
GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2060 OC 6GB GDDR6
MSI B450M PRO-M2 V2 AMD B450 3466MHz
ADATA XPG 16GB (8X2) Spectrix D41 3000MHz RGB
SEAGATE 1TB Barracuda 64MB 7200rpm 3.5"
James Donkey 512GB m2 2000/1500MB/s (Game Folder)
1440P

Ever since spawning in Black Desert, my FPS ranges between 20-30. Even if I set the graphics settings to the lowest or highest, the values change very little. I am certain there is no issue with my hardware. After experiencing this problem in Black Desert, I meticulously checked the status of all my pc parts one by one, and everything in my computer is working flawlessly. I can comfortably play games like RDR2, Elden Ring, God of War, Valorant, etc., at high FPS rates with optimized settings. However, despite extensive online research, I couldn't find any solution to this issue specifically in Black Desert. My friends with much lower-spec systems can play the game smoothly, whereas I can't even get started. Please help me resolve this issue. I genuinely want to enjoy playing this game.

low power mode enabled ?  (you can search in settings "power").

2060 and 1440 kinda questionable. Check out your task manager to see system load during playing BDO. Also you didn't mention PSU at all, so might be that systeam doesn't have enough power ( well then its should just crash kinda)

It is disabled.
Yeah, I know 2060 and 1440 is a weird match, but it can run most of the games I want to play very well. I thought Black Desert should be one of them.
My PSU is a CORSAIR VS650 650W 80PLUS

you should get 5600x3d or 5800x3d processor(your cpu is not good for BDO, no nice way to say this, im not trying to be a jerk) in that motherboard and you should most likely play in low/mid graphics. (maybe even 1080p)

Yes, this is a 2020 mid tier pc but today lower end. The 6-core chiplet configuration additionally forces a lot of ccd communication and thus noticeable performance loss in this game. Put a 5800x3d on your mobo and unlock the handbrake.

Oh and the 2060 is a gooner in 1440p, I know a 1080ti is like the basis you want for a decent experience at that res (aka 100ish fps in non complex areas remastered with fsr enabled) - and that's already a league above your GPU.

For that a GPU upgrade seems in order as well, though CPU is top priority for you, you are lucky you literally just need a Bios update + 5800x3d and bam - double BDO performance. GPU wise if you can still get a hold of a cheap Radeon 6800xt that would be a great 1440p gaming GPU. If you absolutely wanna stay with team green than a 4060 would be it, though it's like 3/4 the performance of the Radeon still a major improvement for you.

It's a CPU issue. I used to have a ryzen 2600 up until 4 month ago or so. Even without any optimization done I got more than 60fps. With optimization I could grind with 120-140fps in most spots.

My other pc specs were gtx 1070, 3200 cl16 ram (at the beginning only 16gb then upgraded to 32gb. Noticed some FPS increase from that but it wasn't THAT high), some cheap b450 motherboard, and sata ssd.

At Garmoth I probably had 20-30 FPS depending on how many players there were. But I wouldn't count that for general gameplay FPS.

Your config is lower end setup, bro. There's the problem.
