Increasing the maximum target limit would increase the strength of classes that have large AoEs, it would also increase the amount of damage that players take by up to 100% in group versus group combat (PvP). I think most people would not enjoy seeing more damage being added into the game where a few skills can already kill you in a short span of time. The time to kill ((TTK) in this game is already ridiculously low compared to any other MMORPG in existance.

Low Damage PvP is the worst state of PvP this game's PvP can have. We are like one more damage reducing patch away from the game being playable by only 6~8 classes out of the nearly 24 we have.
Currently Large AoE also have large SA protected Damage. They are so powerful, because everyone else is spamming SA while being healed in the Blob. By making AoE Damage mitigation worse the Blob will be not as powerful. As such people will spread out. If they spread out the classes with less AoE can once again be more useful. Large AoE classes are very easy to counter mechanically compared to the quicker classes that cannot deal with the blob.
Wrong idee.
Just increase mob agro from 10 to 20 and then ur change.
