It's long been overdue to remove this crutch of a stat from pvp and make it pve only. Imagine a new player fighting someone, catches them and then gets punished because the person he caught resisted the next cc? How do you explain that? "Yeah, you did nothing wrong, rng just screwed you over :)"

Resists in pvp are not okay.
