- we gather herbs at Behr

- with daily +50% Life Exp scroll, duration 60 minutes

- noone disturbs us

- Hoe Mastery long past 750 (or 650?) when chance not to lose Energy is maxed

How much Energy do we spend during this 1-hour gathering session, on average?

Is it really necessary to earn more than 600?

I hit 600 because its exactly 3 exchanges at Alustin from my alts.

Are you really asking for LESS energy?

I gather not at Behr because I dont like competitors, and my gathering is less efficient, but I am almost always undisturbed by players.

I pick Behr as benchmark because if the scroll runs out sooner than energy runs out, this means I have enough energy.

If I have to drink energy potions from alts during 60 minutes scroll time, this means I need more energy.

While I dont do lifeskills a lot, when i went to gather stuff at Behr (with the green thumb minigame enabled), with my 604 energy, and 1400ish Mastery, i had to chug around 3-4 energy pots to sustain my gathering. Dont take my word on it by itself, but this is my experience

600 not enough for 1h berh with or w/o minigames.

i have 669 energy and i use it all up in a little over and hour and yes milking cows will burn it all up even faster i love more energy but max now is 670 energy

When I gather specific material in bulks, I basically relocate my entire family to the closest residence. I everything I've got (gear and buffs) on one character, and use every bit of energy - switch to the next character and repeat - until every character has no energy left. Then I put on the +2 energy artifact combo and cycle though sleeping all of my characters until they regain that energy... this also gives me a chance to play something other than black desert. I think during the last milk event, I got like 500,000 milk lol.

You can use a pair of +10 max energy crystals to go to 698.

edit: And there's that Millenial Wild Ginseng for +50 for 90 days.  GL getting that : )

Still, yes, you can burn it all off awfully fast.

Did a test run today, at Behr.

With 640 Energy ran out, its about exactly 1 minute left on +50% Life Scroll. Dont really want to waste even 1 minute, because those scrolls are somewhat scarce.

So I guess I'd do maybe 10 Energy more, and assemble Yawning Hedgehog which will give me +1 Energy every 3 min resulting in ~20 energy during one-hour gathering session.

The problem is that only long-term or problematic sections are left in Knowledge, like Marni grind or Great Expedition for which I dont have a proper ship, yet. Maybe I'll try to do Ulukita, we'll see.
