Main Quest [Everfrost] An Unexpected Offer

It gives 2 options: Reject, Accept

Reject does not work, it will not continue the quest. There seems to be no alternative quest route. :'(

Mountain of Eternal Winter cutscenes can start while knowledge screen is open (key 'H'), that knowledge screen will then overlay the entire cutscene video clip and the user is unable to do anything, can not abort, esc or use 'R', nothing works i had to wait with that ugly knowledge screen overlaing all.

Cannot view Drakania's accessories in the Pearl Shop if you have the Exclaire helm skin equppied on your character. 

PEN Blackstar Amulet texture is low quality and isn't animated compared to TET Blackstar Amulet. When the weapon is drawn, the texture looks normal but changes back when put away.

(1) Enhance Blackstar Crescent Pendulum to PEN

(2) Tag Lahn equiped with PEN Blackstar Crescent Pendulum to a Sorceress

(3) Copy tagged Lahn gear to Sorceress

(4) Equip PEN Blackstar Amulet on Sorceress
(5) Have weapons not drawn

since the 27th April maintenance, some npcs have their exclamation marks reset back. I can't remove the exclamation mark by talking to the npc.

Elvia weapons aren't applying. I got a valtarra weapon box, used it, and nothing happened, only the +3 monster AP, but no elvia weapon effect, I don't have a cooldown. I switched character then back, dropped a weapon, used it, STILL nothing. This has happened multiple times now, very problematic, it is making the game unplayable, please fix ASAP.

I can't buy a fairy Eben though I don't the missions and have one trying to get one before meeting mine go but I don't have a option to get another one
