Hello! Since the family wide silver change there has been an issue with Special deals. Since, previously, claiming silver from special deals from your mail would go straight into storage, now since there is no more storage silver it does not go anywhere and we are forced to click each mail 1 by 1, and this can be an issue because the amount goes up to the hundreds or even thousands that you have to claim one by one.

Delete cache, repair files. Generally what helps against load screen crashed.

Conversation button missing on Tranan Underfoe
When trying to talk to Tranan, the blacksmith in Veila, the button is missing on my main character. The alts see it just fine.

Not a Bug, that's an intended change. You have to get the other 3 items needed for Deve Encyclopaedia instead (Ogre Blood, Ogre Ring, Soiled Ogre Ring)
