WHY AM I GETTING PUNISHED FOR DEFENDING MYSELF?
You are getting punished for using an option that can be FORCED ( that's a very important keyword ) so not welcomed by everyone, and also can create a lot of toxic behavior ( so the why you see pve channel request since quite a long time ) and necessary such thing have to be very controled.
the system, so nowdays tech, dont have the ressources to determine whenever you are in your "own right to defend yourself" ( as you are saying ).
So its normal for you to have to play under a regim that will mainly think about protecting thoses not willing that and preventing ( at beast ) abuse that could even more be annoying. ( unless you live in an alternative reality, its pretty much how things work in a society ) And this whenever if it cant be perfect.
But again, as you seem to be unhappy by the current forced pvp / karma rules ( as you feel punished ), endorsing a without forced pvp choice to have all players disliking forced pvp, able to move away from it. Also could even more help PA to bring more interesting "owpvp" change. As players remaining in the "chassic channels" will be the ones willing to play with it ( unlike currently )

It would essentially be like making Star's End a safe zone (PVE). While Sycra is (PVP). That way you can choose to either play in a safe zone or PVP. This wouldn't take a lot of work to implement in BDO. Especially by using far less resource intensive things like revamping lower areas.
It would still keep everyone on the same servers, and people could choose their play style. In fact it would probably be a lot better for PVPers as the people in PVP zones would be more likely to engage in duels or combat. It would probably lessen Karma Bombing and other negative interactions.
This wont be realy bad idea. The only problem is that for example SE drops the BIS item so should be a PvP zone. What I mean is the can make PvP zones for zones that drop BIS items, and PvE zones for normal items or items that helps lifeskiling etc.
But still you missing the problem that will be created by safe zones- wining the resourses. I must remind that most lifeskillers are PKed by other lifeskillers to obtain the resources.
BDO is designed to have conflict over resources and for PvE only server or even zone there must be rework.

You perfectly know the point I was trying to make and you dodged it, as usual since you have no counter argument.
You can replace pizza with any food like tacos and it wouldn't change my point about wasting everyone's time demanding PVE servers for an Openworld game with PVP at its core meaning the game is as good as delivering PVE only as McDonalds as serving whatever food that isn't their core business.
Besides you're the one being insulting toward burger customers by telling everyone that burgers are bad and you want tacos. Just let people have their burgers and go to a tacos place already.
You have no point beside trying to bait and insult ppl. Its ok, its known that's the only thing you "add on the table".
pvp in his core ? Where are the pve systems in need of forced pvp to function ?

a PVE only channel not gonna change anything to your problem.
when the problem is the unwanted forced pvp from a part of the player base. Actualy, yes it will solve that problem.
It will sure not solve the global warming issue (/others BDO issues), but that's not the intent of the pve channels request.
