This has to stop! It is downright cruel and I can't take it anymore! Nothing is more frustrating than having our non-percentile-based healing get cc'd. For such a lengthy CD, the ability doesn't even heal for very much and a Shai can even be killed/grabbed while executing it. There is no reason for this to be entirely unprotected!
Please put SA on our 1:30s CD heal! Or make it more valuable. Also, look at its BSR, which is seldom used because it feels like a useless self-CC with almost no AOE. It would be nice if we could use it for frontline diving/healing, but it's just not reasonable to waste so much energy and a 30-minute CD.
