Is there any real reason to lvl up past 62 besides the flex and the feeling of self accomplishment? no there isnt. Anything past imo 63 is a flex and its like oh ok this player has dedicated 100's if not 1000's of man hours into this game. But then u look at the rewards.... TRI Capotia accessories?? Come on, even a tuvala timmy fresh out of season can get PEN Capotias now at 60, so why have u not changed the rewards? My proposal is to instead of giving accessories or things of that nature instead give us gold bars equivalent to at least one upgrade at certain levels. For example at 63 u get (x) amount of gold bars equivalent to 10 billion silver. 64, 20 billion, 65, 30bill and 66 40bill. Even cron stones would suffice but things that actually help in our characters progression, I only suggested silver as we all know silver is the only guaranteed way to progress in this game without gamba. The more raw silver u have at ur disposal the more options and ways it in turn gives u to improve ur gear. And im not saying to play the game to level, im saying that regardless of what u do in this game u will get exp and eventually u will reach these thresholds, and what the game gives u for getting them is quite unsatisfactory. Spending more time in the game and getting rewarded with something of lesser value is backwards thinking, please fix this.
Thank u for ur time.
EDIT: Updated beginning of post per forum standard requirements for feedback
Well, the other thing you get when playing long enough to reach higher levels is enough resources that those things don't matter to you as much as they did when you were a lower level and have played less and had fewer resources and less gear. The rewards are tokens that are fine to equip on an alt. Or just ignore.

While i completely agree with u bro the issue is the rewards NEED to be updated, its nearly 2024 mate, TRI capotia accessories as rewards is just completely unacceptable, I hope u understand where im coming from with this. If im putting in the man hours and hitting each new level on my main character I should be rewarded with things that will aide in my progression for my main character, not throwaways that I will donate to my alt, u know?
Me: "Oh, Cool I just hit 63"
BDO: Here's some rocks
Me: "How does this help me?"
BDO: It doesn't
That's basically what im getting at here brother.
Thank u for ur time.

Well... You don't really aim at reaching a higher level past 62, it just happens while doing something else.
Or you just aim for the number. They should really get rid of awards for levels altogether, there aren't any after 65 anyway. And besides, as just mentioned: you get there while doing other things. As it is, they're pretty funny - you remember humor, right?
You get a little hp every level depending on class. For my Kuno it was 19 18 or 17 iirc, depending on level. For my Shai it is 40 per level, every level. For most DR classes like Warrior Valk Nova it is 39 38 or 37 afaik. Also you get more hidden AP when you level up. For most melee AP classes it's every odd level (61, 63, 65, 67, etc). For Shai it is every even level (62, 64, 66, etc). For some classes like Wizard it is every third level 60, 63, 66, etc.Wizard starts with higher base AP, so even though he gains less AP from leveling he will have higher base AP than other classes up until Level 90something iirc.
Some small stat improvements can make a big difference in hardcap PvP.
You might see those small improvements meaningless but a lot of hardcore PvP level their main PvP character just for that.
I wonder what OP means, because right now there is literatelly no benefits after level 62, in a MMORPG grinding game. Keep in mind OP is private profile with 3 charcter in 1 year since account registration, asking to change the game which OP doesn't even play.
I personally don't believe leveling needs any specific benefits beyond the intrinsic "I did it because I wanted to."
It is true that the capotia accessories are not exciting at all, but I don't really want anything exciting. I don't want players to feel pressured like they need to level for some reward. I enjoy the idea that the only people who hit 66+ are the people who just really felt like hitting 66+. They either grinded an astronomical amount, or they decided to overnight combat train for months and months. And that's all that XP and level means - just that the person wanted it for its own sake. That's kind of neat & unique, because there's not much purpose to it so it is interesting to think about why people bother to pursue it without meaningful reward.
That said, I won't aggressively argue against the idea. If you really wanna persuade PA to give lvl 66+ people free rewards, I'll stand aside and take it.

Im with u 100% bro and I dont think most people pursue the level it just kinda happens overtime when u play circle grind 101 and Aha yeah I would like them to give the vets more for hitting milestones like that. Me personally im halfway to 64 atm and I cannot imagine the 66+ players, like thats some real dedication and man hours. PA should at least reward those players for their loyalty and time spent in game imo. Nothing wrong with personal goals and achieving them for ur own sake at ur own pace like u said but theres also nothing wrong with others acknowledging ur efforts, especially when it comes out the blue. Like "hey u did good out there". "i got this for u".

i totally agree, I have nothing against anything u stated my man, small stat increases can make a big difference in pvp for sure, my issue however was with the actual reward the game lets u claim from ur challenges tab.
