Customers are responsible ultimately for doing business with Pearl Abyss. Don't let clowns like you blame Pearl Abyss for customers bad choices and lack of good judgement, especially given how many documentation about BDO exists in a free and public form.

Case in point: you. you've been aware about BDO state for half a decade, yet you freely chose to stay a customer. The very start of the food chain is your own decision, the rest is just highly questionable nonsense from you as usual.

Damn, I wonder how many other players and guilds got griefed into quiting BDO? This is extremely interesting. I guess instead of making PvE only servers. They are going to make normal servers a more cleaner experience. But really, they must have lost a boat load of players over PKers griefing.

You can now be banned for repeatadly killing the same player anywhere in the world and using game mechanics like the Find Player NPC to continue to player hunt. Is that a correct understanding?

Above scenario is barring any trash talk and active wars. Flagged player versus player scenario. Aggressing player flags, target player returns after respawn or flees to another location on the same or different channel and is still targeted by the agressing player.

Sounds like a lot of bait to try to get impulsive big spending PKers to be forced to make new accounts to play. RIP those players. Guess they will have to actually go to the survival sandbox genre. To be honest more than likely where they should've been in general.

But I guess since these types of games are more skill-based than gear base. They are less inticing then P2W gear to win Korean Grinders.

What ever that vague discription means is anyones guess it seems. Seriously what considered disrupting other's gameplay in a game with a OW PVP system? How are they going to determine normal PVP encounters VS harassment exactly when they both involve PVP?

An really let face it the only thing they really need to address is mob feeding. XP lose and Crystal breaking on mob death wasn't designed to be explioted by other players. If it was they should have never removed XP lose on death caused by another player. This what considered clear expliotion of a in-game mechanic to harass another player into quiting the game. That all they need to start banning users for. Cause trying to determine what acceptable PVP and what not in an open world PVP game is vague to the point were it physically impossible to determine a clear right and wrong.

An the logic that is oh using the NPC to track a player down an keep killing them after they left the spot you were just killing them in is also just vague. Simple put if your going to ban users for using a feature build into the game than wtf the point of that feature? Why not just remove that feature from the game why make a headache waiting to happen when you can just simple remove the feature creating all the problems?

But honestly I feel like this is just going to be another BS PR statement by PA to please the masses, but they'll never actually take action and enforce any of these rules. Just like they don't enforce the TOS on these forums.

An interesting question is would you admit if I Pearl Abyss happened to prove you wrong by their future actions.

TBH if you have to seriously ask yourself if you're crossing the line between normal PvP and griefing another player, you're probably doing the latter.

It funny Simley a perfect example of what I mean when I say PA doesn't actual enforce their TOS or rules they set for the game or forums. He has broken every single TOS and rule on the forum's rule thread, but yet he still here continuing to break them non stop to no end.

That's a big part of the problem.  There are NO ACTUAL RULES.  Only vague guide lines so if someone complains enough they give themsleves out to deal with the situation however they want.  They can then use the game or rules OR NOT depending on who it is when, where etc.

Additionally, nothing could ever be defined.  You said "repeatedly" what does that mean?  How many is that?  What is this person or their clan has a history of killing YOU and your clan.  Do you no longer have the right to fight back?  Do you have to argue your case?
