TBH if you have to seriously ask yourself if you're crossing the line between normal PvP and griefing another player, you're probably doing the latter.
You actually do have to ask because some people see PVP in this game in any form as griefing. So in other words I can flag up kill someone once and now they're calling me a griefer for killing them once. Am I viable to be banned now because I used a in game feature to kill another player that didn't want to be killed? When is it considered PVP and when is it considered griefing cause you'll never have consent to kill someone else when you can flag up and attack anyone you come across in the open world without warning or reason.

So anyone who come to take your spot = ban.
Because by using DFS or ALT + C or DecWar to take your spot, he is disrupting your gameplay.
Maybe they should just create PvE servers where PvP is forbidden (like everyone is asking for years), instead of banning their players for playing the game how they like to play it?
IF you don't want to PvP, don't go beyond level 49, you literally have to hit the "agree to PvP" button when you do that quest.

Also on the topic, yes with the new rules you are not allowed to hunt the same person over and over again anymore.

And me in over 10 years its never happened.
It was even very important to disturb the opposing clans in their progress. Even more progress like the quest for Noblesse and Raid boss Access.
Be over 200 in front of the gate of, Zaken, AQ, Valakas, Antheras, baylor,Beleth ect... Barakiel , monopolizing Blazing swamp kill all passing people. On L2 leaving the other clans alone was never a possible question.
Clearly you never, play L2 seriously. the only places where I can see sanction for these kinds of activity is clearly on a small committee private server. Never on retail.
The L2 you seem to have experienced never existed for me 2004-> 2015
Allow an actual experts to inform you newbs on how it actually worked.
A: You don't "kill all passing people" as there was essentially no Karma cap. I had an alt red that would sit in party and could immediately log out because it was not in combat during grinding. It was essentially IMPOSSIBLE to ever make the character white again. (Note to Pearl Abyss: That is the CORRECT way to design it).
B: The only "stun lock" was the broken PARALYZE that lasted two minutes. Not from the necromancer either. Another class casts this ;) AND could cast it on non flagged characters because it did initial damage and not just the effect. However, this would leave you flagged and was primarily just a tool to kill BOTS.
C: The master has spoken.

You consent to PVP when you complete your level 49-50 quest. Who is to say you are not disrupting their gameplay by being there in the first place? Whether you like it or not, flag up or not, you are PVPing with someone who flags on you. That's not a disruption of gameplay as PVP is the gameplay.

So what if I want to go to a much lower zone and try NOT to kill players, but instead TRY to get mobs to kill them? Am I griefing? Be careful with your answer because you are about to indite a MAJOR portion of the community.

Hmm... I kinda confused now. Can someone explain what this all mean?
Coz in my understandig, this means, while you have Season/Olivia Server Buff, Bell, Valuepack now stack with scroll XP, (Not sure it was the case before), but will not stack with other existing Skill XP scroll.. That basicly means, you gonna have a real painfull grind for Skill points... At least how i can understand this...

It still stacks, they just merged Combat EXP and Skill EXP

Today I have reported a player in line with the new Tos only prchè you have more gear you can not repeatedly harass those who do not have ruining the game for others if you want there is Arsha.
I hope that the ban is at least 3 months so it passes the volglia to anyone to ruin the game just because they have more gear or are furustrated.

It's nuts how people still remember me from Aion days. I haven't played that game in like 5 years and I still get messages. Granted, I haven't played this game in a solid 2 years, and the last year I "played" I was straight afk from 62 to 63. Solid garbage mechanics, just like these rules of operation.
And yes, I was garbage in Aion, garbage in BDO, too. But good leaders aren't always the strongest-- they are the ones who can best coalate disparate talents to achieve a common goal.
