I swear i went to velia and in on of the buildings there was a npc that let u search a persons name so u could find them and kill them? if We are not allowed to do this. Why is it a thing?  If we are not allowed to pvp someone over and over Why are we able to? this should be removed if its a problem. Shouldnt punish players for doing what you made possible, remove it.

The NPC in Velia is still there... and I dont see a reason why it would be against ToS to use it? Is there maybe a misunderstanding at the bottom of this? Finding a player through the NPC is simply gameplay. Continously harassing a player over days and weeks and impacting their own experience is where the ToS usually start applying. But the NPC-use is not the reason, rather the spirit of the actions from the "harasser" themselves.

I have been hunted every night for hours by ONE player who has a guild of one person (him).  He's permadecced on my guild.  He's been chat banned but is still in the game.  He chases me across servers every night to ruin my grinding, using the black robe to find me.  I am high ranked on growth, so he can see when I am on a server.  Apparently, this is not forbidden if a guild is decced on your guild.  smh
