Introduce some method to create a cosmetic outfit version of Blackstar Armor boots/gloves/helm/chest

Suggestions/Comments: The Blackstar armor full set looks very good together, but few players use a full set of blackstar armors because they occupy a very niche midgame position in gearing that is seldom used by anyone in particular and not necessary for progression. The Slumbering Origin set of armors began using the same visuals as blackstars, so players were hopeful that an endgame set of armor could look this way, but the boots and gloves ended up looking quite differently.

I propose a method where players could take a full set of enhanced Blackstar: Boots, Helm, Chest, Gloves: and perhaps combine them with Tailoring Coupons to create a cosmetic outfit set version of the Blackstar armor set, so we can enjoy this armor's visual style if we want to. I actually don't care what method is used. Tailoring Coupons is an idea that came to mind, but you could do a quest or whatever is suitable to achieve the same idea as well. For example, Akum armors are given as an Honor Set Outfit reward for finishing the Drieghan questlines, and Lemoria armors are given as an Honor Set Outfit reward for the Kama region, too. Why not give a Honor set Blackstar outfit reward for finishing every blackstar quest and some other challenge or something else worthy of such a reward?

A new visual outfit would be fun to collect and use. Manufacture of the visual outfit version of Blackstar armors, if it requires enhanced versions of the normal blackstar armors, would also serve to be yet another thing we'd want to go through the trouble of enhancing. Right now, most people dealing in blackstars on the market are only concerned with making and selling the weapons because the weapons have the profit margins and the armors do not. The armors simply are not in demand. However, if the armors could be used to produce a cosmetic outfit - this might improve the demand.
