Exactly. It's the actual system and it's not for nothing.
Pkers just want to force dfs because they don't want to be red. Easy for them...
But the same way pkers blame griefers or karmabomb, in the other hand there are players coming on YOUR spot when you're already there and don't have to change. He wants to dfs just because he wants to kill you and take YOUR spot! You refuse DFS and they call you griefer after PKing you.
DFS is not a rule and will never be, and that's good because it's just an easy way for pkers to avoid consequences made by the system.
And when I read in this topic "the most geared has to stay and the lowest should go to a spot that suits him", who the hell are you to tell somebody he should move? When I farm at Mirumoks and not at Orcs because I'm most optimized for there, it's already the good spot for me. So why an overgeared comes and wanna dfs me there?
Of course I refuse! I'm there, so he can switch server! That's what I do when I see a spot taken: I switch, I don't bother and interrupt the farm of another! So why pkers keep bothering us?

There is no need to kill mob stealer. First talk with them, tell them you were first on a spot. In most cases they leave. If they don't leave try to outgrind them or feed them to mobs or declare war or change spot or channel. Sometimes the mob stealer are starting to kill you, if they realising you won't leave and these people shouldn't lose Karma? Every player has the right to refuse a DFS request. If you accept and you lose, you have to leave. I always refuse DSF. It's not my fault they kill over and over again. I wont leave the spot, because i was first there. I won't leave not even on Arsha. Karma bombing on Arsha sure. ;) It can be so easy, just leave the grinder alone. An here some tips to avoid trouble, check the grind spot before you start. Make sure the spot is empty before you start. If there is already a player, you can ask how long or look for another spot or change channel. Never annoy the grinder.
Every player has the right to grind in peace.

Thank you for making my point for me, as Chriszo, has so kindly said, basically you're forced to accept defeat, in a situation because the harassing party is given complete dominion of the situation, you have no recourse except to give up your spot, which you may have been on for a long time, because of the harassment of another player.

I've been playing MMORPGs for 20+ years and Black Desert Online is the only one that I have EVER played wherein the weaker player is able to bully the stronger player and they have little to no recourse. It's mindblowing.
All you can do is capitulate or go Red. The penalties for going Red are far too punitive and never made any sense to begin. They needed to be re-evaluated 3-4+ years ago.

Funny because in each mmo pk is not welcome and is severely punished, and each mmo has modes and channels dedicated to pk where it belongs.
Which of the largest and most popular mmo on the market have open pvp? Oh yeah, none of them.

ESO - no open pvp, only one open pvp zone was added, which met with huge criticism from players, I don't know if it still exists
