there are to many they take up to much space on the buff list 

change guild buffs into two buffs one for lifeskills one for combat

life buff gives 20% life xp 25 mastery 10 gathering item drop rate and mount xp +10 %            or whatever % you think is fair

combat gives combat xp skill xp item drop rate and knowledge             whatever % you think is fair

remove guild pledges once the skill is activated from the guild window the silver gets deducted from the guild bank
