What? People still PvP on non-grab classes in BDO in 2023? Wow, color me surprised! Honestly, BDO has one of the worst PvP balances in the genre, let alone gaming. I would much rather PvP on Guild Wars and even New World, than to pointlessly complain about the obviously unbalanced PvP in BDO ad infinitum. I can play Elementalist competitively at high levels in all content in GW2. And I can play Fire Staff, Ice Gauntlet, and Void Gauntlets competitively at high levels in all content in New World. So, as a mage-at-heart PvPer, why would I complain about BDO rather than just play those MMOs?

Now, to my point. I think it is simple, if you don’t like the meta or the way PvP is in a certain game. Then simply don’t play that feature in said game, and go elsewhere, where the conditions are already more favorable to your liking. I have found that to be the way to go. Plus, it is less stressful. Remember, most BDO PvPers are not looking for good fights. Most BDO PvPers are looking to club baby seals for easy wins and an ego boost. BDO's PvP scene is a joke even among its peers.

Everything I've said in that last message is fact, in season 1/2/3 aos leaderboards, there are at best, 1 or 2 dks in the top 100. I have no idea how that consititutes domination. Go check them if you want to refute that. And even if season 1/2 did have domination by your wild claim, it still does not matter, because in season 3, it was in fact weak compared to other classes. The top 100 is proof of that. And those leaderboards are still available to view in game right now. Back your points up or stop contributing.

I don't mind getting grabbed and yes that is a reflection of misplay if dk/sorc gets grabbed. If would just be nice to be able to have the option ourselves instead of playing defensively all the time because a warrior or valk just sits there in 360 fg, and the moment we do a forward guard trade (since iframe does no damage remember), we get grabbed or have to cancel the trade via iframe.

Its really not that hard to understand? If we could trade in iframe then fair enough, we don't need grab, but we don't do any damage when iframing.

I honestly don't know why you're so triggered that the 9 classes that don't have grab are asking for something that 18 classes already have, if grab is not that big a deal then why are you so defensive about it.

At this, point they just only two real ways.

Balancing seriously protections.
They have been giving way too much protections the past few years to some classes, making them way too hard to CC without a grab. They gave protections to some class regarding AoS, without looking 1 v 1 and mass PVP.

Stop trolling unless all u want from pvp is to rotate sa 123 and press e on cooldown while drooling over ur keyboard, option 3 from glab is complete troll. If they go with option 2 which is turning some sa into fg then non grab classes have their openings for ccs. But then u need to learn the game which I know is a crazy concept for some people...
