Include amount of matches on class into matching, stop matching players who are godlike  on main class with and vs players who decided to give a try to a new class.

Please dont even try to talk about rank and hidden rank, its completely useless unless game have "new player" protection system.

Even in practice you can't practice anything beside your mental stability if every single match you getting players who joined "because they can" just to check it out, while they have no addons or have no idea what skills class have.

I think there isn't even enough people queuing public practice on EU at least for this to be implemented. Its either you fight whoever is queued or you might be waiting 20-30 minutes.

Even in ranked season towards the middle/end, you end up fighting people that are 600-1000 ranked points apart because everyone else has given up already.

Although this would be a nice idea, best bet is to find friends/guild and go into private custom practice.
